Refund Policy
All sessions require a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment. This ensures commitment and honors the time and preparation put into each session.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. In that case, only the deposit will be retained, and no additional charges will be made.
If you do not cancel in time or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited, and your spot will be opened to someone else. However, you will not be charged for the full service beyond the deposit.
